LoadTest Cold Brew was born from a simple obsession: why can't a morning coffee run feel like a stolen hour in a Saint-Germain-des-Prés café? We wanted to combine the meticulous craft of third-wave brewing with the slow, butter-scented luxury of a classic French boulangerie.
We partner with local Minnesota roasters to source single-origin beans, then extract them for eighteen hours using our custom cold-drip system. Paired with pastries laminated by hand every single dawn, it's our way of inviting you to slow down, sit a while, and savor the details.
